About the Program

The Cyber Security Development Program (CSDP) is a two-year rotational program where cyber associates assess and advise on infrastructure, network, platform, and software security services in the cloud. As a CSDP associate, you'll have the opportunity to explore different roles, teams and technologies while identifying which cyber security career path is right for you.

Learning and Development

  • Rotate between different roles and expand your knowledge base through experiential learning and various leadership styles
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of how to defend against cyber security threats that could potentially impact the organization
  • Stay up to date with best practices and emerging industry trends

Networking

  • Build lasting relationships through training, networking and community events
  • Receive support and guidance from a network of buddies and mentors to prepare you for success in your role and a long-term technology career
