About the Program
The Management Rotation Program (MRP) prepares graduates to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive the business forward. As a MRP associate, you'll dive into your leadership skills and passion for problem solving to ensure our projects, systems and processes deliver value to the organization.
Learning and Development
- Grow leadership skills that will transfer to any career path
- Develop management skills in one or more of the following: process, project, risk, audit and supplier management, as well as receive exposure to the agile development cycle
- Learn how to demonstrate leadership fungibility across a wide variety of management roles
Networking
- Interact with peers and executives across departments to gain a well-rounded perspective on the business
- Receive one-on-one mentorship from your development advisor
- Participate in a variety of learning sessions to expand your skills and company knowledge

The Management Internship Program (MIP) is a 10-week internship that prepares undergraduate students to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive business forward. As a MIP intern, you'll dive into your leadership skills and passion for problem solving to ensure our projects, systems and processes deliver value to the organization.
